Community Reports

Learn more about United Way of Lancaster County’s vision for our future. Thanks to a generous sponsorship from High Industries, Inc., these annual reports highlight the impact that United Way, volunteers, donors, companies, and organizations are having on our community and how change is occurring across Lancaster County.

Financial Accountability

United Way of Lancaster County operates transparently and effectively. As a 501(c)3, we are governed by a local, volunteer board of directors who exercise their duty of care and loyalty with accountability and integrity.

The organization’s Finance and Administration Committee stewards the funds entrusted to us, and makes sound fiscal policy and strategy recommendations to the board.

Both our IRS-990 Tax Return and our most recently audited financial statements are available here:

"211 is more than just a link to community services. We are a vital lifeline to our neighbors. The empathy, care, compassion and above all else, respect 211 displays to those experiencing life’s challenges is the epitome of being neighborly. We exist to lift our neighbors up by educating and empowering them to real solutions to help them thrive in their personal lives and communities--this is the power of 211."
