Trike Race returns for the 2025 season, and we’re kicking it up a notch as United Way of Lancaster County celebrates its 100th anniversary! Join us for a fun-filled tricycle event supporting United Way, with activities for the whole family. You don’t want to miss it!
History of Trike Race
Held in Lancaster County since 1999, United Way of Lancaster County’s annual Trike Race has been a key fundraiser in supporting United Way’s work in the community. During the event, teams race on adult tricycles for the chance to claim Trike victory for the year and acquire the highly coveted Trike Race trophy. Originally held in Binns Park, the event was moved to Rhoads Energy’s indoor training facility (2016), then Clipper Magazine Stadium (2023). Over the years, United Way has accommodated for rain, shine, parking, and many more teams.

Trike Race 2025
Want to be part of Trike Race 2025? Grab four friends, coworkers, or classmates and race against the competition! United Way will provide adult-sized tricycles for teams to compete head-to-head for the chance to claim victory—and some serious bragging rights! Join us for a day of community fun, featuring a tailgate with DJ Eddie Ed, food trucks, and a variety of exciting games.
When: Wednesday, May 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where: Greenfield Lancaster (1740-1770 Hempstead Rd, 17601)

How to Sign Up
Visit our OneCause page and sign your team up starting February 14, 2025 until April 25, 2025.
Each team must have 5 racers. All racers will receive Trike Race branded swag and meal ticket to use at one of the participating food trucks. Teams are encouraged to invite cheerleaders/supporters and are welcome to have alternate racers at no cost.
