Leadership Society
Annual Giving: $1,000–$4,999
Leadership Society recognizes donors who make an annual investment between $1,000 and $4,999 in support of United Way of Lancaster County’s mission.
These generous supporters demonstrate a strong commitment to improving lives across Lancaster County and helping ensure local individuals and families have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Leadership Society members play an important role in advancing community solutions and strengthening the impact of United Way’s work.
Members receive opportunities for engagement and connection through community impact updates, invitations to select events and volunteer experiences, recognition opportunities, and communications that highlight the impact of their support across Lancaster County.
Catalyst Society
Annual Giving: $5,000–$9,999
Catalyst Society members are generous supporters who invest between $5,000 and $9,999 annually to support neighbors in need and help move our community forward.
These community-minded individuals and families believe in the power of collective impact and are committed to strengthening Lancaster County through philanthropy, partnership, and leadership. Their support helps advance opportunities for local individuals and families while fueling lasting change across our community.
Catalyst Society members receive opportunities for deeper connection to United Way’s work through special events, community insights, personalized engagement opportunities, recognition, and meaningful connection alongside fellow philanthropic leaders.
Tocqueville Society
Annual Giving: $10,000+
The Tocqueville Society is a distinguished group of philanthropic leaders who invest $10,000 or more annually in the impact of United Way of Lancaster County.
Named in honor of Alexis de Tocqueville, whose observations highlighted the power of voluntary action and civic engagement in strengthening communities, the Society recognizes individuals and families whose extraordinary generosity drives bold, lasting impact in Lancaster County.
Tocqueville Society members are deeply connected to United Way’s mission and receive invitations to exclusive experiences, private briefings and events, leadership engagement opportunities, personalized stewardship, recognition, and meaningful connection with fellow leaders dedicated to advancing the wellbeing of our community.
