The Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness (LCCEH) requested applications for funding for programs to serve households experiencing homelessness and at-risk of experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County through the below programs and services:
Rapid Rehousing-Case Management/Rental Assistance/Financial Assistance
Prevention/Diversion- Case Management/Rental Assistance/Financial Assistance
Flexible Use Funds
Landlord/Tenant mediation and education
Other innovative projects to serve households experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County
The application for this RFP opened January 4, 2017 and closed February 3, 2017. Awards will be made in April 2017. The contract period for awarded funds will begin July 1, 2017 and will end June 30, 2018.

Funds for this process are made available through County of Lancaster, City of Lancaster, United Way, and the LCCEH

Completed applications were due by 4:00pm on Friday, February 3. Failure to submit all parts of the packet or outdated compliance documents may result in a denial of funds.
The LCCEH Governance Board will review and evaluate the applications between Tuesday, February 7 and Tuesday, March 21 using this Scoring Criteria. During this time, evaluators will have the opportunity to pose questions to applicants through e-CImpact. Once a question has been submitted, applicants will receive an email and have 24 hours to give a response.
