Emerging Leaders

Emerging Leaders Society is a group of young professionals who strive to empower the next generation of leaders through philanthropy and volunteer action.

Pacesetters

United Way of Lancaster County donors who give between $1,000 and $9,999 are recognized as Pacesetters. By their example, Pacesetters set a standard for others who might be seeking a way to make our community stronger.

 Tocqueville Society

On a journey to America in 1831, French nobleman Alexis de Tocqueville noted that Americans take their civic obligation seriously and their devotion to this obligation enriches the communities in which they live. More than 20 years ago, the Tocqueville Society was organized in Lancaster County to recognize our United Way's most generous givers.

Women's Council

Locally, women have long been at the forefront of the philanthropic landscape. The Women's Council, started in 2004, continues the tradition of strong women in leadership roles in Lancaster County.
